Mint
Overview
Hardy herbaceous perennial with extremely fragrant foliage and delicate spikes of flowers. Commonly used for culinary applications and attractive to pollinators. Mint is common in herb gardens (where it can become a bit invasive if allowed), and in containers.
Water
Plants are extremely forgiving of neglect, but for optimal foliage health and higher quality harvests water regularly to keep soil moist, but never allow standing water.
Light
Full sun to part shade.
Soil
Plants are tolerant of most soil types but prefer good drainage and high fertility.
