Leucanthemum

 

Overview

Perennial plants growing from red-tipped rhizomes. The plant produces one erect stem usually reaching 40 to 130 centimeters tall, but known to exceed 2 meters at times. It is branching or unbranched and hairy to hairless.

Water

They usually require approximately 1 to 2 inches of water per week during the summer. Let the soil dry out before watering again.

Light

Full sun but can tolerate partial shade.

Soil

Rich, fertile soil with organic matter. Although, can survive in poor soil conditions.
