Hyacinth

Overview

Popular flowering bulb will come back each spring for a few years. Boldly colored flowers pop up in the spring with intensely fragrant flowers. Popular for naturalized landscapes, cottage gardens, and bulb gardens.

Water

Bulbs prefer moderate water that drains quickly. Standing water will cause the bulbs to rot. Wait until soil is totally dry before watering.

Light

Full to part sun.

Soil

Prefer loose, well drained soil. Leaner soil is better for sturdier stems.
