Cactus

Overview

Cactus are fleshy, desert adapted plants that come in a wide array of shapes and sizes. Most have thorns and so should be kept away from areas with high foot traffic, kids or pets.

Water

Most cactus prefer deep infrequent water. Avoid supplemental water during their dormant period.

Light

Full sun.

Soil

Requires well drained soil.
