Viola
Overview
Small, short lived perennials that are often grown as annual. Little mounds of foliage with cheery, colorful flowers that pop above the leaves. Plants are safe to eat and flowers are often used as garnish for drinks and salads. Plants thrive in cool weather and so are popular border plants in spring and fall.

Plants prefer regular but infrequent water. Allow dry down cycles until the top inch of soil is dry.

Plants prefer rich, loose, well drained soil.
