Ajuga

Overview

Aggressively spreading ground cover with glossy leaves and beautiful flower spikes.. It tolerates some shade, and is great for slopes, erosion control and weed suppression. It spreads via underground runners and therefore can be a little invasive, avoid planting near turf grass.

Water

Moderate water requirements, irrigate at least once per week depending on rainfall.

Light

Full sun to part shade.

Soil

Prefers well drained, but rich fertile soil.
