Sword Fern

Overview

One of the most common ferns for home landscaping this plant has large gracefully arching fronds and toothed leaves. This large plant is good for filling up garden space in shady low maintenance garden areas, especially under trees.

Water

Plants prefer frequent but light irrigation to keep soil moist but never saturated. Using mulch around the plant can help soil retain moisture. Avoid soggy soil.
