Squash

Overview

Vining or mounding plant that produces starchy mild fruits. High yielding plants are popular additions to many vegetable gardens. Squash can be found many cuisines styles and are often steamed, sauteed or baked.

Water

Requires moderate and consistent moisture levels. Too little water will result in reduced yields and low quality fruit, but it is best to keep water away from leaves and fruits if possible to prevent disease and rot.
