Overview

Stunning flowers with many layers of ruffled petals. Corm forming plants will return every year in mild climates, but often grown as an annual in colder climates. Flowers are pollinator friendly and make wonderful, long lived cut flowers. Popular plants for both formal and informal gardens alike.

Plants prefer frequent and light irrigation to keep soil moist but never saturated when plant and flower are growing. Avoid soggy soil. Reduce watering frequency as flowers and foliage disappear for the season.
