Bracteantha

Overview

Short lived perennial often grown as an annual with unique papery flower petals. The flowers make excellent cut flowers, and last quite a long time when dried and used in crafts, or dried flower arrangements.

Drought tolerant once established, but supplemental water will help keep flowers bright and abundant.

Prefers well drained sandy and rocky soil, but will tolerate most soils as long as it is well drained.
