Asparagus Fern

Overview

Asparagus Fern is not a true fern. It can be grown indoors as a houseplant or outdoors in mild conditions. Feathery, light green foliage is attractive and adds interesting texture to window sills, patios, and dappled shady walkways.

Water

Plant prefers evenly moist but not saturated soil. Also does best with higher humidity. Consider misting indoor plants, or applying mulch around outdoor plantings.

Light

Bright indirect indoor, or part shade outdoor.

Soil

Prefers moist, fertile, but well drained soil.
